Marqués de Mendiola also makes raw milk cheeses with Organic Certification, with a curing time of between 3 and 14 months, depending on the type of cheese.

Marqués de Mendiola Bio Cured Cheese. Aged for 6-8 months.
Marqués de Mendiola Bio Cured Cheese with Rosemary. Cured for 5 months.
Marqués de Mendiola Bio Aged Cheese. Aged for 12-14 months.
Marqués de Mendiola Bio Queso Tierno, made with pasteurised organic milk and aged for 4 days.

Our cheeses are distributed under the commercial firm Soto del Marqués. All our cheeses are made with raw sheep's milk with PDO Manchego.
Our cheeses are available in whole pieces of 2kg or 3kg and in vacuum-packed wedges of different weights on request.
